#MEMEAct Law Against Officials' Coins

Democratic Senator Chris Murphy proposed the MEME Act — an initiative that prohibits U.S. officials from promoting meme coins for personal gain. It was a response to the launch of TRUMP on the eve of the inauguration. According to Murphy, Trump "turned the crypto market into a personal wallet for transfers from foreign oligarchs."

Congressman Sam Liccardo supported the document, accusing Republicans of inaction.

Official Investigation

Senator Richard Blumenthal sent requests to World Liberty Financial and Fight Fight Fight LLC demanding disclosure of Trump's role in the relevant projects. The Senate Investigations Committee initiated a review for conflict of interest.
