A Beginner's Sad Story

In the face of a bleak domestic stock market, I thought about getting into virtual currency and entered the crypto space in early 2025. Starting from scratch, I gradually learned about spot trading, contracts, and slowly explored the market without joining any groups or seeking guidance. Initially, I encountered various liquidations when I first tried contracts and didn't understand leverage, but I slowly adjusted my leverage. I moved from various new coins to eventually investing in mainstream coins like BTC and ETH.

During my most recent entry, I pondered the contract purchase price for ETH before going to sleep, finally settling on 1809. As a result, I woke up to find it at 1850, marking the beginning of a difficult time, and I finally managed to sell when my losses were minimal.

What I want to say is, mindset is crucial. If you keep focusing on losses and gains, it can really mess with your mentality. If you believe the stop-loss position you've set is appropriate, try to maintain a calm mindset.
