i got a lot of followers because of it, mostly girls, and now those girls constantly ask me how they can do and work on whatever I'm working on in the industry

i've been trying to share and spread the word as much as i can, but i wonder how we can build an actual program for women that are specifically interested on programming/devrel in crypto

i always thought that if i did what i did, a lot of other women could too. especially where i come from, where the motivation to get shit done and get out of a bad financial situation is 10x more.
