Binance will introduce the Alpha points consumption mechanism.
According to this mechanism, if users successfully participate
in Token Generation Events (TGE) or receive airdrops,
the system will deduct a certain number of Alpha points.

will also deduct corresponding points.
This way, points will not intentionally stabilize at a certain value.
Points displayed for 15 days will be deducted every other day,
and then participating in airdrops will deduct some more.
