#MEMEAct Project officials state that to ensure easy communication between Munshiganj district town and the capital, the Panchabati-Muktarpur road will be modernized, expanding six lanes by 310 meters from the Panchabati intersection towards Fatulla and Narayanganj. Additionally, there will be a four-lane road from the Panchabati intersection through the Shitalakkhya-3 bridge roundabout to the Muktarpur bridge in Munshiganj. Among these, a six-kilometer long two-lane road is being constructed as an elevated expressway from Panchabati to the Shitalakkhya-3 bridge at Char Syedpur. The remaining two lanes will be at ground level. From Muktarpur bridge to Panchabati, a 10.37-kilometer long road will be constructed with three types of roads. Among these, the elevated expressway will be 9.6 kilometers long. The ground level will be free, but there will be a toll for traveling on the second-level road.
