Tried a quick altcoin scalp on ARB during a news hype, expecting a breakout. Entered at $1.12 right after a bullish tweet started trending. But I ignored the lower volume and RSI divergence. Price quickly reversed and hit my stop at $1.08, resulting in a 3.5% loss.

Lesson learned: Don’t chase hype without confirming volume and indicators. Discipline > FOMO.
