The central bank has issued a notice!
Starting from May 8, 2025, the interest rate for personal housing provident fund loans will be reduced by 0.25 percentage points.
Specifically:
• First home: The interest rate for loans of 5 years or less (including 5 years) will be adjusted to 2.1%, and for loans over 5 years, the interest rate will be adjusted to 2.6%.
• Second home: The interest rate for loans of 5 years or less (including 5 years) will not be lower than 2.525%, and for loans over 5 years, the interest rate will not be lower than 3.075%.
