#MEMEAct MEME Act — is a legislative initiative aimed at prohibiting federal officials (including the president, vice president, members of Congress, and their immediate relatives) from issuing, promoting, or profiting financially from digital assets such as meme coins, stablecoins, and other cryptocurrencies. The bill was introduced by Congressman Sam Liccardo in February 2025.
