Anyone working in low-level jobs like screwing, delivering takeout, doing SPA, applying putty, doing haircuts, welding, or sweeping the streets, besides having a monthly salary of only 4000-5000, basically has not bought a car or a house, especially some workers in their 30s and 40s, some of whom haven't even found a wife, living humbly at the bottom. The reason for this awkward situation is not that you are not hardworking enough, but that you don't know how to choose the right direction.

In fact, society has always been realistic. Just like marriage requires a match in social status, if you only know how to work hard at the bottom, relying on a monthly salary of 4000 to get by, it's normal that you can't find a wife, can't afford a car or a house, and can't save 2 million. After all, being in a miserable state of poverty, no one will favor you.

You might say that you come from a humble background, have low education, and no connections, and that finding a stable job and keeping it for a long time is already very good. But have you ever thought about whether the job you found is really stable? Do you think you can live a good life with a monthly salary of 3000? Do you think you can support a family with such a small amount of money? I must say, this is the most foolish idea, and it is also an excuse for self-avoidance because you are very timid inside.

You must understand that 'working for others leads to emptiness.' In simple terms, you have been working for others all your life, and your mindset will not only be very depressed, very helpless, very repressed, very anxious, and very melancholy, but your life's journey will also be very difficult, very awkward, very wasted, very mediocre, and very humble. Because you have never truly experienced a wealthy life, felt the purity of the soul, or appreciated the beauty of nature, in the end, your life will just be a mess.

Do not think that starting a business is very hard. You must understand that working for others is a lifetime of suffering, while starting a business is only a temporary hardship. Moreover, you have nothing to lose, so what are you worried about? If you fear everything, you are destined to be poor. If you do not understand how to use your youth and resources to accumulate, improve, and transform, you are destined to be a humble worker. Therefore, the root of poverty is not that society is too realistic, but your mindset and ambition to make big money.

Look at successful entrepreneurs like Jack Ma, Pony Ma, Liu Qiangdong, Lei Jun, Li Ka-shing, and Cao Dewang. Which of them did not improve their thinking and, through their abilities, connections, and experiences, start their own businesses? Therefore, you do not need to regard your current job as your only option. If one day you are eliminated due to a midlife crisis, plagued by occupational diseases after excessive fatigue, or disturbed by various life troubles, it will be too late to change.

In other words, even if you can't become a billionaire, those around you who started from scratch have also reached a net worth of 10 million after starting their businesses. So first, you need to believe in yourself, create yourself, and change yourself. Only in this way can you find the right position and become a boss.

I have two living examples around me. One classmate has been working in a factory after entering society, earning just over 6000 per month. Due to the market downturn in recent years, he was eliminated by the company last year. Now he is doing odd jobs in a very small company, earning about 4000 a month, and his life is quite miserable.

Another classmate, after feeling the harsh reality for three years, planned his direction and, through his efforts and accumulation, started an e-commerce company in 2018. Now, not only has he exceeded a net worth of 10 million, but he has also established a solid footing in a big city, making him very respectable wherever he goes.

In fact, this shows that the root of poverty lies within oneself, in one's own choices and planning. It is not difficult to find that as long as you do not regard your current job as your only source of income, and do not sink into the job itself while transforming yourself according to reality, you have the opportunity to rise up and become a boss.
