Theo Odaily, a new draft law regarding market structure is being considered by the U.S. House of Representatives, aimed at clarifying how transactions related to digital commodities are classified. According to a report by journalist Eleanor Terrett from Forbes, on page 49 of the draft, there is a key point: transactions involving the sale of digital commodities will not be considered securities, as long as they do not confer ownership rights in a business, do not share profits, and are not related to the issuer's assets.
