Theo Odaily, a new draft law regarding market structure is being considered by the U.S. House of Representatives, aiming to clarify how transactions involving digital assets are classified. According to a report by journalist Eleanor Terrett from Forbes, on page 49 of the draft, there is a key point: transactions selling digital assets will not be considered securities, as long as they do not confer ownership in the enterprise, do not share profits, and are not related to the issuer's assets.
