Payoneer has introduced a 3% withdrawal fee for users in Pakistan, affecting freelancers and digital workers who use the platform for receiving international payments. The new charges apply to withdrawals in foreign currencies like USD (approx. PKR 280), EUR, and GBP.

In addition to the withdrawal fee, small transfers now carry a $1 (approx. PKR 280) charge for amounts under $100 (approx. PKR 28,000), while payments over $100 are subject to a 1% fee. Internal transfers and third-party bank transfers are also affected under this revised pricing model.

Freelancers are advised to review their Payoneer accounts to understand how the new fee structure impacts them. Payoneer has yet to release an official response to user concerns.
