#USStablecoinBill A new bill that could establish federal control over stablecoin issuers and set a regulatory framework for the issuance and trading of stablecoins was not supported by all congress members.

Nine of them either immediately blocked the so-called Genius Senate Bill or withdrew their votes, despite having previously expressed support.

Both Democrats and Republicans are protesting and refusing to accept this law.
