What is the future of cryptocurrency, and how much potential does it really have?
Many people ask me, how much potential does the cryptocurrency market have in the future?
My answer is: Bitcoin has great potential, but the overall cryptocurrency market is still unclear.
Why do I say this?
1️⃣ Since the approval of the ETF, Bitcoin has increasingly resembled the 'new gold' of traditional finance.
It is being recognized by Wall Street, and more and more institutions are entering the market,
This is not about 'decentralized faith',
This is the stark reality: money is coming in, and that is the foundation of a bull market.
2️⃣ However, the entire cryptocurrency market is still far from maturity.
The reason is simple: there are too many uncertainties.
The SEC's regulation hangs over us like a sword; we don't know when it will strike;
The collateral assets behind USDT are always opaque; if something goes wrong one day, the entire market will tremble;
If DeFi does grow significantly, who still needs banks?
The financial system would have to be completely restructured, and will traditional capital cooperate or suppress it? No one knows.
So the conclusion is simple:
Bitcoin is a pioneer, with a clear future,
The cryptocurrency market is a battlefield, with an uncertain path ahead.
But because of this, the market is still in its early stages.
What we see as 'high valuations' now,
May just be the warm-up before the starting line of a bull market.
To reap the future dividends, recognizing reality is more important than anything else.
Don’t go all in, but don’t completely pessimistic either,
What you need to do is find certainty in this chaos, lie in wait within logic, and wait for time to ferment.
