#EUPrivacyCoinBan #EUPrivacyCoinBan – Here Comes the End of Anonymity in Crypto
Effective July 1, 2027, the EU will enforce new regulations targeting privacy coins.
Coins impacted: Monero, Zcash, Dash, and similar anonymity-focused cryptos.
Key rule: Transactions over €1,000 will now require full KYC — that’s ID, selfie, and maybe even your grandma’s lasagna recipe.
Why? The EU says anonymity is too risky (or too fun?) to be left unchecked.
Still want privacy?
Try cash under the mattress
Or local crypto swaps with market vendors (pies optional, receipts not).
Big picture: Welcome to the new era of crypto — where transparency is king and anonymity is now... retro.
