Sometimes, life happens. You're in a rush, there's an emergency, or time simply gets away from you. That doesn’t mean you have to skip your workout entirely. Instead, focus on a short, intense session: a fitness quickie.

Personally, if I know I’ll be wearing short sleeves, I make sure to activate my arms — especially my biceps and veins — with exercises that get the blood flowing and muscles popping. It’s my go-to “quickie” to make the short sleeves worth it.
