#币安 #ALPHA Binance has successfully annoyed me again 😠😠😠
I originally wanted to recharge the STO token from Bitget exchange to the alpha module of Binance on April 28.
I discovered that the token hadn't arrived after a long time, and it turned out that the alpha module hadn't officially launched on Binance yet. I resigned myself to the thought that it should be able to trade once it officially launched.
Unexpectedly, the STO was launched on Binance on May 3, and I immediately opened the exchange to check. As a result, it still hadn't arrived. Then I went to check the recharge application. It showed my token number as alpha_138. Your reason for the manual return is even more bizarre, saying my token recharge was incorrect, and it should be STO. Damn, isn’t the token I recharged from Bitget STO??????
Damn alpha, I thought I could recharge directly as a spot, but all my coins were assigned to the alpha module. The coin has launched, so why is it still in this module... isn’t this a BUG???? Can we still play with this???
Can you learn from OKX exchange that if you recharge incorrectly, you can transfer the fee out yourself? You’re charging either 200U or 500U in fees. Truly heartless 🖤.
I previously complained about the web3 wallet being difficult to use, not allowing custom coin additions. One time, I directly transferred money across chains to a chain not supported by Binance web3. I wanted to transfer back, but it’s not supported. 😡😡😡 I asked everywhere but couldn’t find a solution. Later, a Twitter customer service replied to me, saying that currently, the only option is to cancel the account. Afterwards, I asked about the rewards for the airdrop activities I participated in upon cancellation, but they didn’t know. Also, they didn’t know how to check the funds I staked in various projects for the activities I participated in. 🤔 They told me that a custom function would be added later. A few months have passed, and the custom function hasn’t been added. The web3 doesn’t show my staked projects either. In the end, I don’t know how to cancel the staking for some key activities with Binance. Some projects I can’t even find. Does Binance still have product managers????? Are they all busy making money for themselves????
