I start each day with the thought: at most, I'll end up on the embankment.

Old habits:

📱 As soon as I open my eyes, I check the price

💣 The mindset gets swept away... even before opening the chart

New habits I'm practicing:

🧘 Not checking the price before coffee

✍️ Writing down 2 lines about what I did yesterday, what went wrong?

📌 Then looking at the chart → mind is clear, hands are less shaky

🧠 A good trading day does not come from the market being green.

But from how I proactively enter that day.
