Apple has made significant updates to its iOS app policies, now allowing developers to include external links for purchases, including cryptocurrency and NFTs, without having to go through the in-app purchase system, which previously charged a commission of up to 30%.
This change comes after a US court ruling that found Apple violated a previous 2021 court order, which forced it to allow external payment methods within apps.

iOS apps can now facilitate the buying and selling of NFTs through secondary marketplaces directly within the app, opening the way for app developers to offer more integrated experiences in the digital asset space ($NFT).
