🛡️ Futures – How much capital and leverage is safe?

Futures trading is enticing due to the potential for quick profits, but if you do not manage your capital and leverage properly, you will "burn your account" before you can make a profit.

💰 1. How much capital is reasonable?

You should not use all your capital to trade Futures. You should only allocate 5% – 10% of your total assets to Futures.

For each order, you should only use a maximum of 1 – 3% of your Futures account, avoiding all-in based on emotions.

For example: If you have 1,000 USDT → For one order, you should only use 10 – 30 USDT.

⚙️ 2. How much leverage is safe?

New traders: Use leverage from 3x – 5x to manage risk while still making good profits.

Experienced traders: Can use 10x – 15x, but must still set clear stop-losses.

Absolutely do not abuse 20x – 50x leverage without a solid strategy.

📉 3. Always set a Stop-Loss – No exceptions

No matter how confident you are, you need to set a stop-loss point before entering a trade.

Futures do not forgive those who do not manage their risk!
