At 2 a.m. on the 2nd, I mentioned that pi was looking forward to today's PCT announcement, and later PCT released a new announcement at 7 a.m.
But it didn't affect the price much. Later, I mentioned at 16:00 that PCT would issue a second announcement later on the 2nd of the same day.
Sure enough, PCT just released its second announcement.
But it doesn’t affect the price!
