#AirdropSafetyGuide 🪂 — in the era of mass airdrops, it's important to remember: not every 'gift' is trustworthy.

My security checklist always begins with analyzing the site. If I see a suspicious domain, spelling mistakes, or automatic redirects — that's a red flag. Next — checking the smart contract: is the code open? Are there any suspicious functions like approve to unknown addresses?

I also always look at whether a known team is behind the project, their previous cases, and the activity in the communities. If in Telegram or Discord there are only 'gm' and emojis — that's not a community, but a decoration.

One of the cases I managed to avoid: a project with a loud airdrop promised tokens 'for a subscription', but the contract required access to all assets. No subscriptions are worth your wallet.

Security is not paranoia, it's a habit. Don't lose assets due to haste.
