$XRP Ripple made a purchase offer to Circle: after rejecting $4-5 billion, CEO Brad Garlinghouse raised the price to $20 billion. Circle, the issuer of USDC, was previously valued at $9 billion in 2022. There is currently no official position from Circle regarding the new price.
