Support for Mr. Trump drops to a record low after 100 days.

After 100 days in office, support for American President Donald Trump has reached its lowest level in 70 years of U.S. presidential history.

Support for Mr. Trump's economic policies has sharply declined since early March when his retaliatory tariffs raised concerns about stock market volatility and rising prices. Regarding inflation, support dropped by 9 percentage points to 35%, and for tariffs, support decreased by 4 points to 35%.

Support for Mr. Trump's management of the economy has fallen by 5 points to his career low of 39%. 52% of the public expressed confidence in his ability to handle economic issues, down by as much as 13 percentage points compared to a CNN poll in December of last year.
