Binance Updates Alpha Point Calculation Mechanism @Binance Wallet
To encourage Alpha token trading, Binance will DOUBLE the counted Alpha trading volume for the following transactions:
• Buying Alpha tokens on the BSC network
• Limit orders (on any network)
⏰ Effective from May 1, 2025, until further notice.
Here’s a simple example for you:
• Market buy $100 Alpha (non-BSC) → Volume counted: $100
• Market buy $110 Alpha (BSC) → Volume counted: $110 × 2 = $220
• Limit buy $120 Alpha (non-BSC) → Volume counted: $120 × 2 = $240
• Limit buy $130 Alpha (BSC) → Volume counted: $130 × 2 = $260
(Note: Multiplier is not cumulative – still x2, not x4)
→ Total Alpha Volume: $820, equivalent to 9 Alpha Points
