Housing and Utilities

🏠This year, we included 122 apartment buildings in the capital repair program.

Capital repairs of roofs have already been completed in 8 apartment buildings, internal gas pipeline systems with gas concentration monitoring sensors have been repaired in 21 buildings, facade gas pipeline systems in 28 buildings, and elevator repairs have been carried out in 4 apartment buildings.

🌿Managing companies are actively preparing for the spring-summer period, during which the improvement of yard areas will be carried out. So far, 236 new benches, more than 100 flower beds, 54 hanging planters, and 450 bins have already been purchased. A large number of various flowers have been ordered.

♻️26 container sites will be modernized and 30 eco-mats for accepting secondary resources will be installed; in May, the construction and commissioning of the MEGABAK site is planned.

IMPROVEMENT

🚧At the end of March, we will start eliminating potholes in the yards, and we also plan to carry out repairs in 9 yard areas. We will build and repair 24 pedestrian communications and modernize 23 children's playgrounds. We will begin the construction of 5 new lines.
