Smartphones have turned people into zombies who can't tear themselves away from screens. Social networks, games, endless scrolling – all of this steals time and destroys the brain. Instead of live communication – likes and emojis. Children are growing up with tablets, not knowing what books or walks are. Adults are no better: addiction to notifications makes them slaves to technology. And manufacturers deliberately complicate life by releasing new models every year, making you feel outdated. Smartphones are a trap, and we have fallen into it ourselves.
