$ETH remains one of my favorite cryptocurrencies due to its role in smart contracts and decentralized finance (DeFi). The recent developments surrounding Ethereum 2.0 and its shift to proof-of-stake have made the network more energy-efficient and scalable. I have noticed that gas fees have slightly decreased, making smaller transactions more viable. In my portfolio, ETH holds a significant portion because I believe its potential in the NFT, gaming, and DeFi sectors is far from fully realized. I am also exploring staking options to earn passive income while holding ETH. Overall, ETH continues to be a strong long-term investment for me.

Lately, $BTC has been showing signs of both strength and caution in the market. After breaking past the $70,000 resistance level, many traders are expecting a possible new bullish trend if volume continues to rise. However, macroeconomic factors such as potential interest rate changes and global geopolitical tensions are keeping the market on edge. Personally, I plan to hold my BTC positions as part of my long-term investment strategy, expecting potential price appreciation in the next few years. I am also considering dollar-cost averaging (DCA) to manage risk and accumulate BTC over time without worrying about short-term volatility.

Recently, I decided to adjust my trading operations to reduce risk and improve returns. I have been focusing on swing trading rather than day trading to minimize exposure to sudden market movements. For example, I placed buy orders during BTC’s recent dip and sold part of my holdings after a 5% price increase. Additionally, I’ve set stop-loss orders for all trades to protect against sharp price drops. This new strategy has provided more consistent profits with less stress compared to my previous methods.
