#ArizonaBTCReserve The state of Arizona is close to becoming the first in the U.S. to officially recognize bitcoin as part of its state finances. Lawmakers have approved two bills allowing the investment of up to 10% of state assets in digital currencies, including bitcoin and non-fungible tokens (NFTs).

The bills are now awaiting the signature of Governor Katie Hobbs. If approved, Arizona will become the first state to create a "bitcoin reserve".
