$BTC

In 2014, the customer purchased Bitcoin from the exchange and transferred it to a multibit wallet, recording the password. In 2017, when he wanted to sell it, he found that the password was incorrect, but he believed that the password should be correct and that the wallet was the issue.

After receiving the wallet file, password clues, and commonly used passwords, we began analyzing the wallet file overnight. After several attempts, we found that the password recorded by the user was indeed incorrect, so we started to guess the password. The encryption strength of multibit is high, and the computing power is very low, so we prioritized this project and activated all computing power for calculation. During this period, dozens of password transformation patterns were tried, and about 2 hours later, we successfully recovered it.
