Arizona has adopted the strategic Bitcoin reserve law, allowing the State Treasury and pension funds to allocate up to 10% of available funds into Bitcoin and other digital assets. If this law is signed, Arizona would become the first U.S. state to legally invest public funds in Bitcoin.
