The state of Arizona has enacted the Strategic Reserve Law for Bitcoin, which authorizes the Department of Treasury and state pension funds to allocate up to 10% of available funds for Bitcoin and other digital assets. If enacted, Arizona will become the first U.S. state to legally invest its public funds in Bitcoin.
