What is the current position of $BTC and why is crypto necessary for our lives??? 💥💥
Historically, in life, transactions for goods and services have been conducted through two main forms: direct exchange (fiat money, gold...) or online payment + cards (using the internet). However, with the emergence of crypto, which has its own unique characteristics, it has become a much safer and more convenient payment channel with extremely high security and especially does not require an internet connection. Because crypto is stored in hardware wallets - a physical device, a simple touch can transfer it instantly. Therefore, even in crises (natural disasters, earthquakes, wars) without the internet, it is still quite easy to conduct all transactions, big and small. In contrast, physical gold is much more difficult, cumbersome to store, and very inconvenient for transactions of small value.
💥 With the amazing applications in life, many countries have been and are implementing legal frameworks to allow crypto custody, like the USA (dear G has also posted about this 2 days ago); crypto will be a main investment channel like stocks but also holds the value of accumulation like gold ❤️
--->> That’s why BTC is called digital gold and is expected to replace physical gold. Because BTC cannot be printed more and is more convenient as dear G explained above. Therefore, BTC currently is: demand > supply. Many large ETF funds and organizations have been and are accumulating BTC, putting upward pressure on prices. For the past 2 months, whales have also been transferring large amounts of BTC to cold wallets for storage, limiting trading on exchanges. This not only reduces selling pressure but also is a good state for the near future of BTC and crypto, everyone.
💥 Being cautious, dear G always seeks to understand the root of the issue, optimistic about long-term price increases is the reason, and has never made judgments based on the majority!!!
