The state of Arizona has enacted the Strategic Bitcoin Reserve Act, which authorizes the Department of Treasury and the state's pension funds to allocate up to 10% of available funds to Bitcoin and other digital assets. If enacted, Arizona will become the first U.S. state to legally invest its public funds in Bitcoin.
