#ArizonaBTCReserve Arizona has passed two bills, SB 1025 (Arizona Strategic Bitcoin Reserve Act) and SB 1373 (Strategic Digital Assets Reserve Bill), to establish a state-managed cryptocurrency reserve, making it the first U.S. state to approve such legislation. SB 1025 allows up to 10% of public funds, including treasury and pension assets, to be invested in Bitcoin and other virtual currencies. SB 1373 creates a Digital Assets Strategic Reserve Fund for seized digital assets and state-allocated funds, also capped at 10% annual investment.
