Binance asks how I find Airdrops.

Do I need to look for them? Lately, Airdrops have been giving some strange tokens worth half a dollar, which since the beginning of the listing would rise to a dollar and then slowly die down to zero.

Or am I wrong and is it possible to make good money with this?
