The anticipation for XRP ETFs has been significant, especially following the partial victory of Ripple Labs in its lawsuit against the SEC. While the SEC hasn't yet approved a spot XRP ETF in the US, recent developments signal a shift.

Notably, ProShares has received tacit approval for three XRP futures ETFs (Ultra XRP, Short XRP, Ultra Short XRP), set to launch on April 30, 2025. This follows Teucrium's launch of a 2x leveraged XRP ETF earlier in April.

Adding to this momentum, Brazil has already approved and launched the world's first spot XRP ETF by Hashdex. These developments suggest increasing regulatory clarity and growing institutional interest in XRP, potentially paving the way for spot XRP ETFs in the US in the future, with Grayscale's application having a decision deadline in May 2025.
