Persisting with daily Bitcoin investments alongside Cheshire
April 28: If you originally planned to invest 1000U daily, today based on the 120 EMA deviation rate, you should invest 936U.
Today I conducted a backtest and found that if you had followed this strategy since 2021, the total return would only be 24% (of course, that's 24% of the total capital, but regular investments are inherently defensive), so I set the target profit-taking rate to 20%.
I also backtested a fixed market capitalization investment method, which had a much higher return, but once the market drops, the invested amount will increase geometrically.
Moreover, the return rate is almost unrelated to how many days of the moving average are used, so.......
