MEMX, a securities exchange based in #XRPETFs  ABD, has officially applied to the SEC to sign an agreement to launch an XRP ETF under the Commodity-Based Securities category. If approved, this will place XRP within a regulatory framework similar to the Bitcoin and Ethereum ETFs that are expected to receive approval in 2024.
