- FED cuts rates ➔ lowers interest rates, cheaper money → people look for higher yields → money easily flows into risky assets like crypto
- FED prints money en masse (QE - quantitative easing) ➔ decreases the value of the USD → assets like Bitcoin, Ethereum, gold increase in price to hedge against currency devaluation.
- Money flows into crypto ➔ creates abundant liquidity, people easily FOMO → the market shares HUNDREDS OF PLATES to dip 😆
