Brothers, do you know what hurts the most?

I have sent so much, hoping that a certain exchange can communicate, admit their mistakes, and resolve the issues.

But after sending so much, @ their PR, contacting people from their exchange, and making calls,

they simply do not want to solve the problems.

Even a casual conversation with someone from the marketing department would be fine, but still no one responds, I @ them and they don't reply.

They just don't want to solve the problems; they only want to issue announcements, which is the most absurd thing.
