The XRPETF is a new token launched on Binance Smart Chain in late 2023. It tries to ride the hype of XRP possibly becoming part of a real exchange-traded fund (ETF). The token itself is very small, with low trading volume and a tiny supply, but it has gained attention recently. At the same time, big companies like Bitwise and WisdomTree are trying to launch real XRP ETFs in the U.S. and other markets. These would let investors trade XRP like a stock. Interest in XRP as an ETF asset is growing fast, but not all XRPETF tokens are official.
