#特朗普暂停新关税
The essence of the tariffs imposed on China during the Trump administration was an attempt to restructure the global industrial chain through trade pressure and to curb China's technological rise. If some tariffs are suspended, it may be due to three considerations in the short term: first, to alleviate domestic inflation pressure in the U.S. and seek voter support before the midterm elections; second, to release a signal of easing for U.S.-China trade negotiations in exchange for concessions from China in key areas; third, to adjust the trade war strategy and shift the focus of sanctions to the high-tech sector.
