Trading Problem

what are you doing?(explain)

Today around 1 PM, I entered a futures short trade on Virtual USDT at $1.09. I set a stoploss at $1.18.

While the trade kept moving into loss, before the stoploss was actually hit, the trade got closed automatically at $1.1733.

Why did this happen?

From $1.1733, the entire market reversed. If the trade had stayed open, it could have made a good profit.

But because of the exchange's tactics, it didn’t happen.

What if the trading amount was bigger? Would the exchange have taken responsibility? I don’t think so.

The trader would have had to bear the loss.

Even after informing the exchange, nothing happened. They just made excuses.

I hope this won’t happen again in the future.
