Good evening everyone, let me share some experiences from someone who has been there.

It is easy to go from frugality to luxury, but difficult to go from luxury to frugality.

Due to the market's volatility and leverage, one can quickly make some money. The rapid accumulation of wealth can change one’s mindset and affect one’s life.

When I first entered the market, I was also very cautious, after all, every penny is real money converted at 7.7 RMB to USD. At that time, it was a bull market. Later, through high leverage and bold position increases, I managed to ride through a big wave and made a lot of money, leading to a more luxurious lifestyle, wanting everything to be top-notch, dining must have “four dishes” (a way to describe it) and not valuing money too much, after all, it’s the crypto world; sometimes a calculation reveals it’s just a small amount of USD. While this mindset didn’t directly cause me to get liquidated, it was somewhat related. Value every bit of your funds, and don't take it for granted. In reality, you can't spend too much money; the money you earn should be planned for the long term and invested wisely. Always consider risks and manage them well. In contract trading, if there’s no stop-loss, be prepared for liquidation. I have been liquidated once, and again and again, from 2021 until now, I have repeatedly put money in, but over time, I would face liquidation, especially last year during the New Year when I had a major loss, losing months of accumulation. At the beginning of this year, I encountered another wave of losses, but I am becoming more mature in trading. The losses were only a part of my funds because I tend to hold positions and use high leverage, so I diversified my funds for trading, but I still faced significant losses, especially at the end of February when the bull market suddenly disappeared, and the altcoins fell apart, making it hard to recover losses, even worse than contract trading.

Losses are also a part of trading; life cannot be affected by these events. Keep a good mindset, and it should not affect the quality of your life. Don’t let liquidation make you financially tight or feel like you are amazing just because you made some money; after all, the market feeds you. When the market is not good, it’s a tough winter, so be well-prepared and think about the future. Even in trading, one must look long-term. The immediate gains may come easy, but we must also have provisions for when they are not there. Despite the losses I've faced over the years, I have not left the market. I have hesitated, but as long as I am alive in this market, there is hope. Long-term development and stable trading! The ceiling is high.
