#EthereumFuture

Although ETH has recovered to $1,700, the decline in transaction fees, pressure from competitors, and a history of unsustainable growth make Ethereum's short-term future less optimistic. The transition to proof of stake has diminished its competitive advantage, while low network usage poses an inflation risk for ETH. Outflows from ETFs and negative sentiment from investors further increase risks. Despite a strong foundation, ETH needs more new catalysts to outperform in the long term. In the short term, ETH may still face a deep correction if it fails to attract new capital from institutional and individual investors.
