The Night Before the Shock: The Trust Crisis in the Crypto World Under the Tide of AI Agents!

In recent years, AI has developed at an unprecedented pace, evolving from rule-based programs to self-learning neural networks. In the 2010s, Siri could respond, and self-driving cars could navigate, but they were still merely tools acting on commands.

The emergence of AI Agents has shaken the tech world. The leader of OpenAI has stated that AI safety is beyond imagination, and Musk has warned that its threats are greater than nuclear weapons. Why are these big names so cautious? It's simply because a new intelligent world built by countless AI Agents is rapidly approaching, where they will collaborate, trade, model, and govern, doing everything. The key to whether this new world can stand lies not in how powerful the Agents are, but in whether we can trust them; this is the trust and privacy crisis behind the vision of an Agentic World.

FHE has become the key engine of the encryption revolution. In the future Web3 world where AI Agents are about to surge, security privacy, identity authentication, verifiability, and data sovereignty are the cornerstones, and Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE) technology is the most promising underlying technology.

In the medical field, AI is widely used for predictive analysis and medical research, but the risk of patient data leakage is enormous. FHE technology allows healthcare providers to compute without decrypting data, enabling different hospital Agents to share encrypted data for joint modeling, accurate diagnosis while not exposing case details, thus safeguarding patient privacy and health.

In the DeFi sector, user wallet addresses are associated with assets, transactions, and other data that are exposed and can be crawled or exploited by MEV algorithms. FHE allows users to operate on encrypted data, enabling AI Agents to access encrypted transaction behaviors to generate credit ratings, while remaining unaware of user identities, assets, and transaction details.

Traditional smart contracts, although "automatically trustworthy," have a shortcoming in data privacy due to their openness and transparency; FHE enables reasoning and execution on encrypted data without decryption for transaction judgments, marking significant breakthroughs for high-frequency strategies, oracle protection, DAO governance recommendations, etc.

As the number of Agents in trading scenarios increases, FHE can build a "privacy-enhanced on-chain Agent factory." Each Agent is an executable entity capable of encrypted computation, able to perform contract operations on behalf of users, participate in strategy DAO voting, and control characters in on-chain games.

FHE is the key to achieving all of this, providing us with an umbrella of trust and privacy as we coexist with encryption and AI Agents.
