If Bitcoin ($BTC) manages to hit the highlighted liquidation cluster, it could trigger a wave of sell orders. Given the current high demand for BTC and the fact that centralized exchanges (CEXs) are facing supply shortages, those sell orders might be absorbed quickly. As a result, instead of a price drop, we could see a sharp move upward toward the resistance zone for a potential test. That said, if buyers aren’t willing to pay such a premium near a key resistance level, a pullback would also be a reasonable outcome.
