KERNEL: Lock tokens to obtain voting power (veKERNEL) for grant rounds and community proposals.
HLP: Stake for securing message relayers, earn fees, and vote on Hyperlane protocol decisions.
INIT: Use for platform fees, discounted access to features, and participate in liquidity mining.
