First, they bought 1,805 ETH at $3,559 = $6.4M.
Held through the drop... then panic sold two weeks ago at a $3.6M loss.
Now? They just bought back 1,734 ETH for $3.1M at $1,792.
So yeah buy high, sell low, then buy back a little higher
